  • eService is Khidmah’s online payment service through which our valued customers can make the payment for our services, using their Credit cards, by doing only few clicks.
  • How do I use eService?
  • Khidmah e-service is very simple to use. You can make the payment for any of the Khidmah services, including leasing, maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, Housekeeping, Pool Services by doing the following 4 steps:
    1. Just select the service you need for your unit
    2. Call our 24/7, multilingual Call center 800-KHIDMAH (800-5443624) and provide your contact details and the services you need.
    3. You will receive your log-in details by your SMS and emails. Use your log-in details to make your payment at Please keep a copy of the payment receipt for your future reference.
    4. You will also receive the SMS and email after making the payment. On making the payment, our Call Center will contact you with-in 24 hours to schedule your service.
  • I forgot my order number, what can I do?
  • You can always refer back to the email and SMS, we sent you. Also you can contact our call centre to get your order number and again receive the details by SMS & e-mail.
  • Is there a charge for paying online?
  • There is a transaction charge of 2.5% on the service amount.
  • Is the eService web site secure?
  • Yes, all your credit card data communication is digitally encrypted via SSL.
  • Do you keep my credit card information on file?
  • No, we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
  • What credit cards do you accept?
  • You can use any credit card featuring the Visa or MasterCard logo.
